Sometimes things don't go the way we want then to happen, well, that's the truth about life, that we can't have all the joys in this world, but what is important to know and learn about this, is that maybe, we can't have the best things, so in order to fill the lost or the joys that we weren't able to celebrate, we must make the best out of what we have and fully make it memorable and exciting.
There is this maxim that goes: "big things come in small packages", we always relate it to people, but it can also be best represent the blessings that we receive, where what we see by the eye may not be what it really is, that it could mean more than what we expected it to be.
We always have this feeling of discontentment and a feeling of disappointment. A feeling of discontentment for the things that we have, and a feeling of disappointment for the things that we didn't have. But if we only look at, on a more broader scope and not only on a myopic view, trust me, you will be more thankful just for what you have by now.
We always see beggars and street children, who are like nomads in the desert, no shelter to sleep in on a cold rainy evening, no normal dress to protect them from shame of being naked, and no food to give them the energy that they need to continue on with their lives. So just by seeing them, we can already say to ourselves that we are lucky to have such than to have none, that we should be proud and embrace what we have and relish all the goodness that we receive in our everyday living...
